What is will call?
Will call is an order the customer picks up in person at a distributor’s branch instead of having it delivered. Trades rely on will call for urgent needs, and the branch counter is where many contractors start their day.
Will call example
Before 7 a.m., an electrician phones in two boxes of breakers and collects them at the counter on the way to his first job.
